Open Public Letter to Mr. Erik Stumpfel (City of Gardiner Lawyer) LYING STATEMENT NO# 1 Mr. Stumpfel, You have made LYING STATEMENTS in the said released public article (see description of public news release by Erik Stumpfel below) you have stated the following LYING STATEMENT "In addition, Stumpfel said, abutting neighbors, whose property lines are just 10 feet from the Wlodylo house" This is a LIE MR. STUMPFEL, the actual measurement is 26 feet and the only abutting neighbor is Mrs. PARLIN on 10 Clinton Street because the Wlodylo Property is located on the corner of Highland Avenue and Clinton Street, isen't this correct Mr. Erik Stumpfel Lawyer of City of Gardiner Maine?(I want your reply to this question Mr. Stumpfel)

Portland — LYING STATEMENT NO# 2 MADE BY ERIK STUMPFEL CITY OF GARDINER MAINE LAWYER "if the excavated hole collapses, it could undermine the street in front of the house, creating a hazard to cars driving by" Mr. Stumpfel the EXCAVATION HOLE is located 14 feet from the edge of the road and is only 6 feet deep, it is only 8 feet deep in the far end away from the roadway by 32 feet.In addition to this there are piles of excavated dirt that block direct entry.

Mr. Stumpfel I suggest you stick to being a LAWYER and even that is questionable, because every Lawyer in Maine that passes the MAINE BAR EXAM knows that MAKING INTENTIONAL FALSE STATEMENTS IS AGAINST MAINE BAR RULES. THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE BEEN SUED BY THE WLODYLO FAMILY DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO MAKE INTENTIONAL FALSE STATEMENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SLANDERING THE WLODYLO FAMILY IN ADDITION, FILING ILLEGAL LAWSUITS AGAINST THE WLODYLO FAMILY UNDER FALSE PRETENSES FOR THE PURPOSE OF SLANDER COULD GET YOU DISBARRED, ISN'T THAT CORRECT MR.
