Falmouth — The City of Gardiner is trying to destroy our home

For filing complaints against city officials and city manager Jeff Kobrock for corruption and fraud.

During the war in Nazi Germany millions of innocent people were killed and tortured and their homes destroyed and valuables stolen because the people kept quiet and let it happen. If the City of Gardiner thinks they can destroy the last survivor of the WLODYLO family, THEY ARE WRONG. The court of public opinion is now open, have your say, click on the links below and let them know, if the people don't speak up, then who will? EXPOSING CORRUPTION AND FRAUD IS EVERYBODY'S JOB, WHEN ONE MAN'S HOME IS NOT SAFE, THEN EVERYONE'S HOME IS NOT SAFE. There is no logical explanation for trying to destroy a family's home other then ANIMOSITY, RETALIATION AND MALICE. Yes the Judge said the city was STUPID and issued a protection order against the entire city and city manager Jeff Kobrock in 2007. The city is again trying to destroy the same home in 2008. The Judge also said the city had animosity and said "I can't wrap my mind around what the city is doing, for lack of a better word the city is stupid, I have studied case law from all over the United States and have never seen anything like it" (Judge Marden) In addition this same Judge extended the protection order for about a total of 3 months, to protect the family from abuse of the city. Do you still think the city is justified in destroying the family's home? It's all a matter of court record, the family now has to sue the city again. Who in their right mind would prevent someone from pouring a foundation under a home that has no foundation. The foundation could have been poured and backfilled instead there is a big hole in the yard and winter is coming. Total, ignorant, moronic stupidity and a total waste of taxpayer money for a problem created by the city because of the animosity problem of Jeff Kobrock. Personal retaliation issues have no place in city government. We are trying to rebuild our home with our own money, instead of an icon of the community the city has turned our home into a blight intentionally. Look at the finish drawing of our home, why would you prevent this home rebuild from being completed? BECAUSE OF THE ANIMOSITY PROBLEM, THAT'S WHY. SEE THE WHOLE STORY HERE AT www.HelpSaveOurHome.ME

PLEASE E-MAIL THE CITY OF GARDINER AND TELL THEM THAT THIS IS THE UNITED STATES, NOT NAZI GERMANY WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT, THE WLODYLO FAMILY
